Site visits in order to meet potential partners for sustainability and accreditation of the Community Centers Program in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia.

October 24-28, 2003, Durres beach, Albania
Training session for local and in-country coordinators in communication and management.

Topics:
Internal communication:

• team building (how to involve other people, volunteers in our work, how to communicate with them, etc)
• conflict resolution (problems, misunderstandings due to bad communication between school principles and coordinators)

External communication:

• PR, promoting the school (community centers) activity, how to be better known
• partnership and fundraising
