Collaborative COLPI publications include the East European Constitutional Review; Administrative Justice in the New European Democracies: Case Studies of Administrative Law and Process in Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Poland, and Ukraine; and an administrative law review. COLPI also continues to support the publication of Fundamentum, the first human rights law journal in Hungary, and will consider the (co)publication of other journals which are directly relevant to COLPI, OSI, and CEU work.

COLPI also publishes a periodic newsletter with brief updates on legal programs of the national Soros foundations, often jointly sponsored by COLPI, and on COLPI▓s own programs.

on concrete examples of typical human rights problems, or 'case studies,'
