I would like to join the Information Society Press Syndicate and therefore hereby accept the following:

1. By joining the Syndicate my journal will be authorised to reprint translations of articles and news provided by the Syndicate free of charge into the above-stated language of publication. There is no obligation to publish any of these texts.
2. Each time my journal wants to publish an article or a news item provided by the Syndicate it should obtain written permission from the Syndicate to avoid publication of the same articles in various journals in the same country.
3. No change to the provided texts can be made without written consent of the Syndicate.
4. Published texts should be accompanied by a copyright notice as follows:

5. Each time my journal publishes a Syndicate text I will provide CPD with a copy of it within three weeks of the date of publication
6. The Syndicate will provide both English and Russian version of articles and news.
7. Each time a journal wants to publish an article or a news item provided by the Syndicate it should obtain written permission from the Syndicate to avoid publication of the same texts in various journals in the same country.
