Calendar of Events
- We have established a Debate Center in Osh, the southern capital of Kyrgyzstan.
- We are organizing trainings and debate presentations by Kyrgyz coaches and debaters.
- Debate seminars by Jeanette Mason were held in September, 1996 in Bishkek and Osh.
- Rhetoric classes for improving public speaking skills have been organized on an on-going basis.
- We continue to issue our debate newsletter Debate Today.
- We are planning to establish a network of English debate teams which will involve Peace Corps volunteers.
