| Workshop Purpose
To provide participants with:
- a better understanding of the need and role of monitoring and
evaluation within the Roma Education Initiative;
- the tools to use monitoring and evaluation to further their
work.
Workshop Outcomes
Participants will:
- better understand how to make use of monitoring and evaluation
to develop REI work on a program and policy level;
- have a deeper understanding of the purposes of monitoring and
data collection;
- have a clear understanding of how to use a program outcome framework
to support planning and evaluation;
- develop initial indicators of success;
- be familiar with some useful tools for measurement;
- develop an outline for monitoring and evaluation plans; and,
- have enjoyed the workshop!
