Workshop Purpose

To provide participants with:

  • a better understanding of the need and role of monitoring and evaluation within the Roma Education Initiative;
  • the tools to use monitoring and evaluation to further their work.

Workshop Outcomes

Participants will:

  • better understand how to make use of monitoring and evaluation to develop REI work on a program and policy level;
  • have a deeper understanding of the purposes of monitoring and data collection;
  • have a clear understanding of how to use a program outcome framework to support planning and evaluation;
  • develop initial indicators of success;
  • be familiar with some useful tools for measurement;
  • develop an outline for monitoring and evaluation plans; and,
  • have enjoyed the workshop!
