Due
to the different attitudes and training of the interviewers
the data by regions cannot be standardized. Once complete
information is available about the number and the
spreading of Roma in the schools, and the number of
these schools, standardizing might be considered.
It should be noted that not all schools surveyed in
this research are "Roma schools", in the
sense given at the beginning, but just schools that
were surveyed by our interviewers. Below is presented
a short characteristic of each region according to:
the percentage of Roma pupils in the region according
to official representatives
concentration in municipalities
specific problems
names and addresses of the schools with a
percentage Roma pupils ranging from 50 % to 100 %,
or from 30 % to 50 %, as well as schools with
10-30 %
of Roma students.
The
uniformity of the research pattern
might appear boring, but it presents the commonplace
image of the educational marginalization.
