The Network Women’s Program (NWP) works with the

in Central and Eastern Europe: history, art, language,

the Roma Education Initiative (REI), supported through
the Education Support Program of OSI-Budapest. |

Literary Awards (Press Release)
On April 8, 2003, OSI presented the Roma Literary
Awards to honor Roma artistic achievement in literature.

Memorial University Scholarship Program
OSI has announced a scholarship program for eligible
Romani students at the university level. The funds
for this memorial program derive from gold looted
by the Nazis during World War II and held by the
Allied powers since then.

Participation Program
The RPP works to help Roma help themselves
in the struggle for greater integration into the
societies of the countries in which they live. It
aims to empower them to take part in the democratic
process and to fight for an open society in which
they are equal partners. |
