Property Law in Republika Srpska (Bosnia and Herzegovina)
Among a series of papers relating to the implementation of the Dayton peace accords, this report addresses the important role the return of property, or compensation for the dispossession of real property, has in decisions of refugees and displaced persons to return home, and urges property law reform to facilitate the repatriation of such persons.
