Science Department), and Kristóf Varga (Budapest Mayor’s Office).

Reception to follow
Stephen Coleman is the Director of Studies at The Hansard Society for
Parliamentary Government and he also teaches on the MSc Programme in Media
and Communication at the London School of Economics.
He is also director of the Hansard e-democracy programme,
the main work of which is to examine practical ways of connecting citizens
to the democratic process. Stephen Coleman has been working as adviser
to the Government's UK Online project, particularly the Citizenspace area,
which is designed to give a voice to the public in policy-making.
